Ok, so this almost started out on the rant board but since it has been resolved much to my satisfaction, I figured I'd share it here.
This morning I was attempting to make a purchase using clickbank.com and of course after I selected the item I wanted, there was a screen with all those "today only" offers. The links for accept or decline were inaccessible with Jaws so I had to play the guessing game to decline them and complete my purchase. Well, I guess wrong. What was to be a $32.99 purchase turned into one for $387.00. Big mega oops! Actually, more like big mega "OH SHIT!"
I called the credit card company and explained what happened. They gave me the number to clickbank's customer service department. I explained what happened and they were very understanding. They were able to reverse the charges that I did not mean to make and keep the one I did.
Of course I suggested that they consider their screen reader using customers when designing these types of purchasing screens but who knows how that will work out. I'm just glad I got the charges to my card reversed with no hastle.

I should also rave about my awesome husband who didn't even call me a bonehead for the whole thing.
